Balance Transfers. Here's How it Works:
To request a balance transfer please enter the 15 or 16 digit account number from the MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card account that you want us to process a balance transfer to. Upon approval of your application we will provide you with your Cardmember Agreement and to the extent permitted by your credit line we will process the requested balance transfer payment to the credit card account(s) which you have requested. If the total amount you request exceeds the assigned credit line on this account, we may either decline the request or send a partial payment to your creditor(s) in the order you provided them to us. The amount of available credit on this account will be reduced by the amount of the balance transfer and the related balance transfer fees. We reserve the right to decline to process any requested balance transfer. We will not process a request to transfer a balance from any other account you may have with us. Balance transfers incur interest from the transaction date and they do not have the same charge back rights as transactions conducted with a credit card.
A balance transfer may take up to 4 weeks to post to your other credit card accounts. Continue to pay each creditor until the balance transfer appears on the other account as a credit. If you would like to complete a balance transfer from another account that is not a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card, please call the phone number on the back of your new credit card once you are approved.

Information Sharing:
The Barclays' Privacy Policy is available online at www.BarclaycardUS.com. I agree that Barclays Bank Delaware and VEGAS.com will share information to the extent needed to administer the VEGAS.com Rewards Program in conjunction with the VEGAS.com MasterCard.
Important Information Regarding the VEGAS.com Frequent Vegas Points Rewards Program
Rewards under this program are administered by VEGAS.com. Rewards are earned on purchases made with your VEGAS.com MasterCard. The following transactions are excluded from "Purchases" and do not earn rewards unless specified: convenience checks, balance transfers, cash advances and credit card fees. Rewards are also not earned on returns made on your account. Your account must remain open and in good standing to receive rewards offered under this program. Good standing means you are not in default under the cardmember agreement.
On the closing date of each billing cycle that your Account remains open and current, we will report to VEGAS.com the Net Purchases charged to your Account during a billing cycle. If your Account is not open and/or current on the date a billing cycle closes, we will report no Net Purchases to VEGAS.com for that billing cycle. Barclays will ask that Points be issued to the Primary Cardmember, regardless of who made the "Purchase." "Net Purchase" Points for a billing cycle are determined by totaling all new Purchases added to the Account during the billing cycle, and then subtracting Points posted to the Account during the period for returned Purchases and/or adjustments. For purposes of reporting Net Purchases, we may round up or down to whole dollar amounts. If Points for returned Purchases exceed new Purchases during a billing cycle, we will report negative Net Purchases and ask VEGAS.com to reduce the Primary Cardmembers accrued Points accordingly. Net Purchases does not include fees, charges, credit insurance premiums, or transactions posting as Cash Advances, whether received from financial institutions, automated teller machines, by use of Barclays checks, or by any other means. Barclays reserves the right to exclude from Net Purchases unauthorized Purchases, Purchases which are added to your Account after you are past due or over limit. We may ask VEGAS.com to withdraw Points previously awarded if your Account is more than sixty (60) days past due, or if the Points were awarded on Purchases not authorized by you. Barclays is not responsible for issuing Points under the Program, arranging or providing for any services related to travel or the use of Points, for any delay, failure, or refusal by VEGAS.com to issue or redeem Points, or for any decision by VEGAS.com to revoke or cancel Points or membership in the Program.
Barclays will show on your credit card monthly Account statement the Primary Cardmembers accrued Points as reflected in our records. You understand that there will be a delay between the date you make a Purchase, the date we report Net Purchases to VEGAS.com, and the date VEGAS.com posts information to your Frequent Vegas Points Rewards account. For this and other reasons, our records and the records of VEGAS.com regarding the Primary Cardmembers accrued Points may differ. You understand and agree that Points are not received by the Primary Cardmember until posted to Members account by VEGAS.com. In the event of any discrepancy between our records and VEGAS.com records of the Primary Cardmembers accrued Points, the records of VEGAS.com will control. Points accrued in your VEGAS.com Frequent Vegas Points Rewards account expire after 36 months of non-activity.
There are two earnings rates. Cardholder(s) earn one (1) Frequent Vegas Point for every one dollar in new net retail purchase transactions (purchases less credits, returns, and adjustments) made with the Card anywhere it is accepted. Cardholder(s) earn two (2) Frequent Vegas Points for every one dollar in new net retail purchase transactions (purchases less credits, returns, and adjustments) made with the Card on the VEGAS.com site (may include VEGAS.com retail locations).
After using the Card to make an initial purchase you will be eligible to receive a one-time bonus award of two thousand (2,000) Frequent Vegas Points. Bonus Frequent Vegas Points are credited to your account approximately 6-8 weeks after you qualify.
All Rewards are subject to availability. Frequent Vegas Points may be redeemed at www.FrequentVegasPoints.com or by telephoning VEGAS.com at 1-800-851-1640. Upon verification of your redemption request, VEGAS.com will deduct the appropriate number of Frequent Vegas Points from your total Points balance. All products, services or travel arrangements obtained with Points are non-cancellable, and non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferable. Any cancellation or no-show attributable to the Member or the designated user of the Reward will not result in the reinstatement of Points. In the event of cancellation by the Service Provider, Points may be reinstated by contacting the Rewards Center.

Terms and conditions of this program, including conditions of participation for rewards, may be changed, added, or deleted at any time, in whole or in part, in accordance with the VEGAS.com Frequent Vegas Points program rules, and without notice to VEGAS.com MasterCard cardmembers. This means that Barclays, VEGAS.com may change, terminate, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any earning opportunity or travel reward, increase the Frequent Vegas Points required for any reward, or limit the number of hotel rooms, shows and other Vegas travel products and merchandise available without notice to you.
