1Bonus Points: Cardmembers will receive two thousand (2,000) Frequent Vegas Points at the close of the first billing statement in
which you make your first purchase or balance transfer which will then be credited to your Account. Cardmembers will earn two (2) points
for every dollar ($1.00) of Net Purchases spent on eligible Vegas.com purchases. Cardmembers will earn one (1) point for every one dollar
($1.00) of Net Purchases made anywhere else. "Net Purchases" shall mean purchases of goods and services made by the Cardmember or any
authorized user of such account minus any returns or refunds. Cardmembers do not earn points on additional balance transfers, balance
transfer checks, cash advances and unauthorized charges. There is a fee for Balance Transfers and Balance Transfer Checks (see
